Review the price summary on a DMNexa order and correct item amounts, shipping or delivery fees, discounts, and totals before confirmation.
Open Items & Total, edit item prices and quantities, add the applicable shipping or delivery amount and discount, then confirm the calculated or displayed total matches your quote.
The order summary should match the quote you intend to honor.
Review item pricing
Open Items & Total → Edit. Check each item’s quantity, description, options, and price. Customization notes can affect price even when the base product looks correct.
If the conversation did not state a price and no connected reliable source supplies it, enter the amount yourself. AI should not be treated as a pricing authority.
Add shipping or delivery
Use the shipping or delivery field for the applicable fee. Verify that the selected fulfillment method agrees with the fee; a pickup order should not accidentally keep a delivery charge.
Apply a discount
Enter the agreed discount through the provided field and verify whether the screen treats it as a fixed amount under the current form. Describe special pricing terms in notes when the number alone is not clear.
Verify the total
Before approval, compare the displayed total with your own quote or calculation. Check that quantity changes, shipping, and discounts are reflected. The customer link presents the seller-approved price summary, so correct mistakes before sending it.
DMNexa order totals support organization; they do not independently charge the customer.

Do not assume so. Enter or verify the price from your reliable pricing source before approval.
Is a discount the same as a refund?
No. A discount changes the order price. Refund handling is a separate payment or business process.
