The link is a public read-only view of the seller-approved order. Customers can open it without a DMNexa subscription, while the seller controls edits and status in the private workspace.
The public order page gives the customer a clearer summary than a chain of messages.
Information shown
The page can present the seller identity, order reference and status, items and quantities, important notes, fulfillment information, due date, and price or payment summary available on the order.
Only put customer and fulfillment information in the order that is necessary and appropriate for this shared view.
Access
The customer does not need a DMNexa seller account or app. Anyone with a valid link may be able to open the page, so send it only to the intended customer and avoid placing unnecessary sensitive information in the order.
Corrections
The public page is not the seller editor. If the customer notices a mistake, they should message you. Open the order in DMNexa, make the correction, and confirm the revised detail with the customer.
What it is not
The order link is not automatically a payment receipt, contract, refund policy, or proof that funds were collected. Use the appropriate documents and payment process for those needs.

How does a customer request a correction?
The customer should contact the seller through the established conversation. The seller edits the private order record and communicates the revision.
