Review and edit an AI-created draft order
Check each review card, correct AI interpretations, resolve missing information, and decide whether to approve, re-analyze, or discard the draft.
Compare the draft with the source request, edit customer, items, fulfillment, date, address, price, and notes, then approve only after every material detail is reliable.
The review page is where the AI result becomes a seller decision.
Read the warning first
At the top of the review, DMNexa may list fields the assistant could not fill and any visible defaults. A warning is not proof that the AI failed; it often means the conversation never contained the information.
Check every review section
- Customer: verify name, phone, and email. Social profile names are not always the correct order name.
- Items & Total: check quantity, product, variant, customizations, unit prices, shipping, discount, and total.
- Delivery Address: make sure an address is present only when delivery applies and that it is complete.
- Order Details: verify pickup or delivery, due date, time, and notes.
- AI Review: read missing fields, warnings, and supporting context.
Use each Edit action to correct the associated information and save it.
Pay special attention to defaults
An editable order may receive a fallback date so the record can be created. If the warning says the date defaulted, do not interpret the displayed date as the customer’s request. Ask the customer or set the verified value yourself.
Choose the next action
- Approve & Send Link when the order matches the agreement and you want to confirm it.
- Re-analyze when the supported review flow provides better source text or the analysis needs another pass.
- Discard Draft when it is accidental, duplicate, or not a real order.
AI assists; the seller owns the final order.
Frequently asked questions
Can I approve a draft with missing fields?
The interface may allow different cases, but you should resolve every field that your business needs before accepting the order or sending it to the customer.
What should I check first?
Check the item and quantity, changed or negative instructions, due date, pickup or delivery, address, and price because these are costly to misunderstand.
