Notifications or order reminders are not working
Check notification toggles, seller email, mobile permission, timezone, order status, due time, and app version when an alert is missing.
Turn on Notifications and the needed Email or Push channel, verify the reminder, timezone, order status, and future due time, then check the seller email or mobile permission and reopen DMNexa.
Check DMNexa settings
Open More → Settings → Notifications and confirm:
- The master Notifications switch is on.
- Email or Push is on for the channel you expect. Daily summaries currently use the email path; supported due-soon alerts can use email and mobile push.
- Morning summary, Evening summary, or Order due soon is on for the alert you expect.
Check the device
For push, open the operating-system settings for DMNexa and allow notifications. Make sure Focus, Do Not Disturb, battery restriction, or notification-summary settings are not delaying the app.
Check order timing
Verify the order has the correct due date and that Settings → Location & Currency contains the correct timezone. Due-soon reminders apply to Confirmed or In Progress orders and only schedule future one-hour or 30-minute alert times.
Morning and evening summaries also count only Confirmed or In Progress orders. The morning check covers today around 8:00 AM local time; the evening check covers tomorrow around 8:00 PM. No email is sent when the matching count is zero.
Refresh registration
Update DMNexa, open it on the device that should receive push, sign in to the correct seller account, and leave notifications enabled. Restart the app if permission just changed.
If email is missing, check spam and confirm the owner email on the seller account. If push is missing, remember that the current mobile push path supports due-soon alerts rather than the daily-summary email.
Contact support with the order reference, expected alert type and time, timezone, platform, and whether other DMNexa notifications arrive.
Frequently asked questions
Why does enabling Push in DMNexa not work after I denied permission?
The operating system permission still controls delivery. Open the device settings for DMNexa and allow notifications.
Do date reminders work without an order due date?
No. Date-based reminder scheduling requires a valid due date and time context.
Why did I not receive an empty morning or evening summary?
DMNexa skips a daily summary when no Confirmed or In Progress orders are due in that local-day window.
