Configure email, mobile push, summaries, and order reminders

Turn seller notifications on or off, choose email and mobile push, and control morning, evening, and due-soon order alerts.

Short answer

Open Settings, turn on Notifications, then choose Email, Push, Morning summary, Evening summary, and Order due soon. Email supports the enabled summaries and reminders; supported mobile push alerts require device permission.

Notification settings help you choose how DMNexa reminds you about due work.

Available settings

  • Notifications: the master seller-notification switch.
  • Email: receive enabled daily summaries and due-soon reminders at the seller account’s owner email.
  • Push: receive supported due-soon alerts on a registered mobile device after operating-system permission is granted.
  • Morning summary: receive a non-empty email summary around 8:00 AM for Confirmed or In Progress orders due today.
  • Evening summary: receive a non-empty email summary around 8:00 PM for Confirmed or In Progress orders due tomorrow.
  • Order due soon: receive supported email and mobile push alerts one hour and 30 minutes before an eligible active order is due.

Change a setting

Open More → Settings → Notifications and tap the relevant toggle. DMNexa updates the screen immediately and saves in the background. If saving fails, it restores the previous state and shows an error.

Channel and reminder controls are disabled when the master switch is off.

Push permission

Enabling Push in DMNexa does not override your device operating-system permission. If you previously denied notifications, open the device’s settings for DMNexa and allow notifications there as well.

Verify that the timezone in Settings matches your business location so daily and due-soon timing has the correct local context. The order also needs a valid future due date and must be Confirmed or In Progress for due reminders.

DMNexa does not send an empty morning or evening summary, and it does not send an expired reminder retroactively. These alerts are for the seller; they do not message the customer or collect payment.

Frequently asked questions

What does the master Notifications toggle do?

Turning it off disables the configured seller notification channels and summary or reminder choices until notifications are enabled again.

What is the evening summary?

Around 8:00 PM in the seller's configured timezone, it emails a count of active orders due tomorrow when at least one matches.

Can DMNexa remind me by email?

Yes. Enable Notifications, Email, and the relevant summary or due-soon reminder. Messages go to the owner email on the seller account.
