Get started with DMNexa

Follow these steps to go from a new account to a real, seller-reviewed order.

1. Create your account

Open DMNexa on web, iOS, or Android and choose Create account. Enter your seller information, accept the required terms, and verify or complete sign-in as prompted.

2. Complete business onboarding

Choose the business type and subtype that best match what you sell. Add your country or location and whether you offer pickup, delivery, or both. DMNexa then asks a small number of business-specific questions so it can generate useful order-review rules.

Select the closest truthful answer. You can review and teach these rules later in AI Brain.

3. Connect Instagram

Go to More → Connect and choose Instagram. Sign in through Meta’s authorization screen and approve the requested access for the professional account you use for selling.

4. Create a first draft

Open Messages, select a conversation with an order request, and tap Create draft order. DMNexa analyzes the available recent conversation and opens the review screen.

5. Review before sending

Check the customer, items, date, pickup or delivery, address, price, and notes. Resolve missing-field warnings and edit any incorrect interpretation. Only select Approve & Send Link when the order matches what you and the customer agreed.

If you do not have a suitable Instagram conversation yet, create an order with AI from text or use manual entry from the Orders area.
