Create your first DMNexa order
Choose between Instagram conversation, AI text or voice, and manual entry, then review and confirm your first order safely.
Start from a conversation when the request is already in Instagram, choose AI text or voice when you want DMNexa to structure a description, or choose manual order for direct field-by-field entry.
DMNexa provides multiple paths because sellers do not receive every order the same way.
Choose the right starting point
From an Instagram conversation
Open Messages, choose the customer, and tap Create draft order. Use this when the conversation contains the most complete request.
Order with AI
From Orders, choose the AI option and type, paste, or speak a summary. Use this for phone calls, in-person requests, messages from another channel, or a quick voice capture.
Manual order
Choose manual entry when you already know the fields and do not need text analysis. This is also the clearest path when exact field control matters more than speed.
Review the draft
All paths create or lead to a draft review. Check items, quantity, customer, due date, fulfillment, address, pricing, and notes. AI-created drafts can contain missing-field warnings or uncertain interpretations.
Confirm only when ready
Save corrections, then approve the draft when it matches the customer agreement. If the order came from a supported Instagram conversation, the approval flow can send the customer-facing link.
Orders move from Draft to Confirmed only through seller action. If the request is not real or was created by mistake, discard the draft instead.
Frequently asked questions
Which order method should I choose?
Use the source that already contains the most accurate details. Conversation is best for Instagram requests, AI entry for a description or voice note, and manual entry for direct control.
Does creating an order use my plan allowance?
Eligible order creation is subject to the current trial or plan limit shown in your account.
