Create an account and complete onboarding
Learn what DMNexa asks during sign-up and how your business type, location, fulfillment choices, and tailored answers shape AI order review.
Sign up with your seller details, then complete the guided business questions. DMNexa saves those answers and creates initial AI Brain rules for reviewing future drafts.
Onboarding gives DMNexa enough context to avoid treating every seller like the same business.
Create the seller account
Choose Create account from the DMNexa login screen. Enter the requested name, username, email, password, and business name. Follow the verification or sign-in instructions shown on screen.
Use an email you control and a unique password. Your username is your DMNexa seller identity; it must follow the validation shown during sign-up.
Answer the business questions
The onboarding flow asks for:
- Your broad business type.
- The closest business subtype.
- Your country or location context.
- Whether customers use pickup, delivery, or both.
- A small number of tailored questions important to that kind of business.
Tailored questions are tap-based choices. A catering business may be asked about event details, while a maker may be asked about customization or lead time.
What happens when onboarding completes
DMNexa uses the saved answers to generate visible rules for the AI Brain. Those rules help the order-review flow flag missing or risky details. They do not approve an order, set your prices, or make business commitments for you.
If you chose the wrong answer
Finish onboarding if possible, then update business information in More → Settings and review Settings → AI Brain. If the app prevents completion or repeatedly fails to generate the tailored step, update the app and contact support with the screen and message you see.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change onboarding information later?
Business profile and location details can be updated in Settings, and the generated review knowledge can be reviewed in AI Brain.
Why does DMNexa ask about my business type?
Different businesses need different order details. The answer helps DMNexa ask relevant setup questions and create more useful review rules.
This page is maintained from the current DMNexa product behavior. If your screen looks different, check for an app update or contact support.
