Create an order with AI from text or voice

Type, paste, or speak an order description so DMNexa can structure it into a seller-reviewed draft.

Short answer

Choose the AI order action, enter or record the customer request, submit it for analysis, and review the structured draft. Voice is transcribed first, so verify both wording and extracted fields.

AI order entry is useful for phone calls, in-person requests, another messaging channel, or a quick spoken capture.

Enter the request

  1. Open Orders and choose the add or create action.
  2. Select Order with AI.
  3. Type or paste the relevant customer request, or choose voice input on a supported device.
  4. Include the facts you know and avoid guessing for the customer.
  5. Submit the request for analysis.

For voice, allow microphone access when prompted and speak naturally. Include clear labels such as “customer name,” “pickup,” “needed by,” and “total” when possible.

Review the result

DMNexa transcribes voice when used, analyzes the text, creates a draft, and opens review. Verify that speech recognition did not change names, dates, quantities, or unusual product words.

Check every important field and the missing-information warning. An AI-created draft is not confirmed and no customer receives it automatically.

Improve the input

A compact but explicit description works well:

One 10-inch chocolate cake for Ana, pickup August 22 at 3 PM, “Happy 30th Mia” in gold, total $85. Customer has not confirmed allergy information.

Keep unknown details unknown. It is safer to add “delivery method not confirmed” than to choose one without evidence.

Frequently asked questions

Can I paste a conversation from another channel?

Yes. Use AI text entry to provide the relevant request when the source is not available as a connected DMNexa conversation.

Is voice recording stored as the final order?

The voice input is transcribed and analyzed into a draft. The structured draft—not the recording alone—must be reviewed for accuracy.
