Shopify connection or catalog sync is not completing
Resolve a stalled Shopify authorization, initial catalog sync, missing product, or outdated permission.
Verify Shopify is active in Connect, allow the initial sync to finish, refresh the screen, and reopen DMNexa from Shopify Admin if authorization failed. Reconnect when new approved permissions are required.
Check the connection card
Open More → Connect and inspect Shopify. If the initial catalog backfill is still marked syncing, keep the page open briefly; DMNexa checks the status automatically.
Refresh the source
Confirm the product exists and is available as expected in the connected Shopify store. Then refresh DMNexa and open Products & Costing or the manual-order catalog search again.
Restart authorization
If connection failed, start from Apps → DMNexa in Shopify Admin or the DMNexa Shopify listing. The verified shop identity must come from Shopify; do not try to connect by sending a domain or access token to support.
Reconnect for permission changes
An older connection can lack a capability added later. When DMNexa tells you to reconnect, review Shopify’s updated permission screen and approve only if it matches what you expect.
Contact support
Include the .myshopify.com store domain, connection and sync status, approximate time, missing product title, and screenshot of the DMNexa error. Do not send Shopify passwords or access tokens.
Frequently asked questions
Why is a newly added Shopify product missing immediately?
Allow time for supported sync events and refresh Products. If it remains missing, verify the connection and product status in Shopify.
Why am I asked to reconnect Shopify?
Reconnection may be required when the existing authorization lacks a newly approved capability or when Shopify access changed.
This page is maintained from the current DMNexa product behavior. If your screen looks different, check for an app update or contact support.
