Connect a Shopify store to DMNexa
Install DM Nexa from its approved Shopify App Store listing, finish seller sign-in and authorization, and wait for the initial store sync.
Open the approved DM Nexa listing or Apps area in Shopify, install the app, sign in or create an account, and finish authorization on the web. DMNexa then starts syncing supported store data.
DMNexa follows Shopify’s installation flow rather than asking you to type an arbitrary store domain. Start from the approved DM Nexa Shopify App Store listing.
Start in Shopify
- Open DM Nexa in the Shopify App Store or choose Apps → DM Nexa in Shopify Admin.
- Choose Shopify’s install or open action.
- Use Open DMNexa when the embedded page prompts you to continue in a browser.
- Create a DMNexa account or sign in.
- Complete DMNexa onboarding if this is a new seller account.
- Continue the connection and approve the access shown by Shopify.
If you were already signed in, DMNexa restores the store connection path automatically.
Wait for catalog sync
After authorization, the Connect screen shows Shopify as active and the initial sync status. DMNexa checks while the first catalog and customer backfills run, so the status can update without a manual refresh.

Review the exact access Shopify displays during installation. Disconnecting later stops new sync but does not erase existing DMNexa orders or Wallet records.

Can I type a store domain into DMNexa to connect?
Shopify connection begins from a Shopify-owned surface, such as the App Store listing or Apps area in Shopify Admin. This lets Shopify supply the verified store identity.
Can I connect Shopify from the native app?
The current authorization completion runs on the DMNexa web app. Open DMNexa from Shopify and continue in the browser when prompted.
