Connect a Shopify store to DMNexa
Install or open DMNexa from Shopify, finish seller sign-in and onboarding, authorize the store, and wait for the initial catalog sync.
Start from the DMNexa listing or Apps area in Shopify, open DMNexa, sign in or create an account, and finish authorization on the web. DMNexa then starts the initial catalog sync.
DMNexa follows Shopify’s installation flow rather than asking you to type an arbitrary store domain.
Start in Shopify
- Find DMNexa in the Shopify App Store or open Apps → DMNexa in Shopify Admin.
- Choose Shopify’s install or open action.
- Use Open DMNexa when the embedded page prompts you to continue in a browser.
- Create a DMNexa account or sign in.
- Complete DMNexa onboarding if this is a new seller account.
- Continue the connection and approve the access shown by Shopify.
If you were already signed in, DMNexa restores the store connection path automatically.
Wait for catalog sync
After authorization, the Connect screen shows Shopify as active and the initial catalog sync status. DMNexa polls while this first sync runs, so the status can update without a manual refresh.
What connection enables
- Supported Shopify catalog data for product search and matching.
- Products & Costing for connected sellers.
- Supported Shopify order and refund activity in Wallet.
- Shopify billing when required for a connected merchant without a subscription already managed by another provider.
Review the exact access Shopify displays during installation. Disconnecting later stops new sync but does not erase existing DMNexa orders or Wallet records.
Frequently asked questions
Can I type a store domain into DMNexa to connect?
Shopify connection begins from a Shopify-owned surface, such as the App Store listing or Apps area in Shopify Admin. This lets Shopify supply the verified store identity.
Can I connect Shopify from the native app?
The current authorization completion runs on the DMNexa web app. Open DMNexa from Shopify and continue in the browser when prompted.
This page is maintained from the current DMNexa product behavior. If your screen looks different, check for an app update or contact support.
