Read the trend
The chart always covers the last 30 days. Switch between Orders and Revenue to compare daily order count with recorded accepted-order value. A flat or empty chart may simply mean few orders were recorded in that exact period.
Check the snapshot window
Other cards normally use the last 30 days. When fewer than three orders exist in that window, DMNexa falls back to all-time order data and labels the window. Read that label before drawing conclusions.

Improve usefulness
Keep order totals, customer information, items, fulfillment method, address area, and status accurate. Insights can only summarize what the recorded orders contain.
Use these patterns to ask better business questions; they are not forecasts or guarantees of future demand.
Frequently asked questions
Why does Insights say it uses all-time data?
If the last 30 days contain fewer than three orders, snapshot insights can fall back to all recorded time so the cards are not based on too little data.
Which orders count toward revenue insights?
Revenue metrics use accepted order statuses such as Confirmed, Paused, In Progress, and Completed, when valid totals exist.
