Understand the Home, Messages, Orders, Wallet, Products, Insights, Connect, Settings, and More areas in DMNexa.
Use Home for today’s overview, Messages for connected conversations, Orders for fulfillment, Wallet for income and expenses, and More for Insights, Connect, Products when available, Settings, and AI Brain.
DMNexa groups work by what you are trying to do rather than by technical integration.
Main areas
- Home shows an at-a-glance business and order overview, including important next steps and billing notices.
- Messages contains conversations received from connected supported channels.
- Orders contains drafts, confirmed work, active orders, and order history.
- Wallet is a lightweight income-and-expense record. It is not full accounting software.
- More opens additional tools such as Insights, Connect, Settings, and Products & Costing when available.
On wider web layouts, some destinations may appear directly in the navigation instead of under More.

Billing notices
If a trial ends, an order allowance is reached, or billing requires action, DMNexa shows a banner or plan prompt. Open it to see the management path for the platform where the subscription was purchased.
Frequently asked questions
Why do I not see Products in the main navigation?
Products and Costing is primarily shown for sellers with an active Shopify connection and remains available through More when supported.
Where is AI Brain?
Open More, then Settings, and select AI Brain.
