AI Brain is the seller-controlled page that shows what DMNexa knows about the business and which rules it checks during order analysis. It does not manage products, prices, or deposits.
AI Brain is where you inspect and teach the knowledge used during DMNexa order analysis.
What the page contains
- What your AI knows: a summary and read-only context such as business type, location, currency, and pickup or delivery. Edit those source details in Settings.
- What you told your AI: the tailored answers collected during onboarding. Update an answer when your workflow changes.
- Details your AI checks: visible rules applied during order review.
- Teach your AI: custom instructions for important business-specific review behavior.
- Review strictness: how broadly the review should raise optional versus critical concerns.
- Try it: a test area for evaluating a sample request without treating it as a real customer order.
What AI Brain does not control
It is not a product catalog, price list, tone configurator, or deposit setup. Use the relevant order, product, Shopify, or business settings for those jobs.
Keep the page current
Review AI Brain after onboarding, when you change fulfillment methods, and whenever warnings become consistently irrelevant. Visible, specific rules produce a more useful review than vague instructions.
