Fix common billing and plan problems
Resolve missing access, provider mismatch, unsuccessful checkout, past-due status, order-limit messages, and duplicate-purchase concerns.
Identify the provider shown in Billing & Plan, verify the purchase there, refresh DMNexa, and restore mobile purchases when applicable. Contact support before purchasing again if an active charge is not recognized.
Access does not reflect a purchase
Open Settings → Billing & Plan and note the provider. Verify the subscription in that provider, then refresh DMNexa or sign out and back in. On iOS or Android, use Restore Purchases.
Checkout did not complete
Return to Plans and read the status message. A cancelled approval is different from a completed charge. Check the provider before retrying.
Order limit reached
The trial and Starter plan have current order allowances. Open the billing banner to see usage and available plan action. If the displayed count appears wrong, do not create duplicate test orders; contact support with the account and affected date range.
Past due or billing action required
Use the management link for the provider to update payment details or resolve the provider notice. DMNexa cannot edit Apple, Google, or Shopify payment credentials.
What to send support
Include account email, plan shown, provider, device or browser, approximate purchase time, and a non-sensitive transaction or receipt reference. Never send a password or full card number.
Frequently asked questions
I paid but DMNexa still shows Trial. What should I do?
Verify the charge is active with the purchase provider, refresh or sign in again, and use Restore Purchases for Apple or Google. Contact support with the provider and non-sensitive receipt reference if it persists.
Should I subscribe again when access is missing?
No. First identify the existing provider to avoid a second purchase.
