Approve a draft and send the customer order link
Confirm a seller-reviewed draft, send its public order link through the connected conversation, and understand what the customer sees.
After verifying every material detail, tap Approve & Send Link. DMNexa confirms the order and, for an eligible connected conversation, sends the customer a read-only order link.
Approval is the boundary between AI-assisted preparation and seller acceptance.
Before you approve
Verify the item, quantity, customization, customer identity, due date, pickup or delivery, address, price, and important notes. Resolve any business-critical warnings and make sure visible defaults have been replaced or consciously accepted.
Approve and send
- Open the Draft order review.
- Save any final edits.
- Tap Approve & Send Link.
- Confirm the action if prompted.
DMNexa changes the order to Confirmed. When the draft originated from an eligible active Instagram conversation, DMNexa sends a message containing the public order link through that connection.
What the customer sees
The public page presents the seller-approved order summary. It does not expose the seller dashboard, AI analysis, or full inbox. The customer does not need a DMNexa subscription.
After approval
Confirmed is a real workflow state and cannot be moved back to Draft. If the customer requests a change, edit the order and communicate the revised version. Move active work through your normal status flow, or cancel it if the order no longer proceeds.
If sending fails, first verify the Instagram connection. The order may already be confirmed even if delivery of the message needs attention, so check the order status before retrying.
Frequently asked questions
Can I undo approval back to Draft?
Confirmed orders do not return to Draft. Update the confirmed order as appropriate or cancel it when the order should no longer proceed.
Does the customer need a DMNexa account?
No. The order link opens as a public read-only web page.
