Change appearance and enable Face ID or fingerprint login
Choose light, dark, or system appearance and set up biometric sign-in on a supported private mobile device.
Use Appearance in Settings for Light, Dark, or System. On a supported native device, sign in with your password and accept the biometric prompt, then manage Face ID or fingerprint from Security.
Change the theme
Open More → Settings → Appearance and choose:
- Light for the light interface.
- Dark for the dark interface.
- System to follow the device setting.
The preference is stored for the app. Some operating-system elements can still follow the device’s own appearance.
Enable Face ID or fingerprint
Biometric login appears only in the native app on a device with supported biometric hardware and enrollment. It is intentionally not shown on web.
To enable it, sign in with your password and accept the biometric setup offer. The credential is stored using the device’s protected credential storage and is released only after biometric authorization.
Disable biometric login
Open Settings → Security, turn off the Face ID or Fingerprint login toggle, and confirm. The protected saved credentials are cleared, so the next sign-in requires your password.
To turn it on again, sign out and sign back in with the password; DMNexa offers setup after successful login.
Use biometric login only on a personal, secured device. Device biometrics protect access on that device but do not replace good email and account security.
