How DMNexa works, from customer message to confirmed order
See the complete DMNexa workflow: connect Instagram, analyze a conversation, review an AI draft, send a customer link, and manage fulfillment.
DMNexa turns a seller-selected customer conversation into a draft order. The seller checks the AI result, fills any gaps, approves it, and can then send a customer-facing order link before managing the confirmed order.
DMNexa uses a simple principle: AI can prepare the work, but the seller makes the decision. Every conversation-to-order flow ends on a review screen before anything becomes a confirmed order.
1. Connect the selling channel
Connect a supported Instagram professional account from DMNexa. After authorization, supported messages sent to that account can appear in the DMNexa inbox. The connection does not replace Instagram; it gives you a second, order-focused way to work with those conversations.
2. Open the relevant conversation
Choose the customer conversation that contains an order request. DMNexa displays the stored message history it has received for that conversation.
You decide when a conversation is ready. A casual question does not need to become an order, and DMNexa does not create one simply because someone mentioned a product.
3. Create a draft
Select Create draft order. DMNexa sends the recent conversation context through its order-analysis flow and creates a real order with Draft status.
The assistant looks for details such as:
- Customer identity and contact details available to the order.
- Requested items, quantities, sizes, options, and customizations.
- Pickup or delivery intent and address information.
- Due date or requested fulfillment date.
- Prices, shipping, discounts, and notes when stated.
- Missing fields and warnings based on the business rules in your AI Brain.
4. Review the result
The review page shows the draft and the AI analysis together. If the customer never provided a name, delivery method, or date, DMNexa should mark that gap instead of inventing an answer. Some date fields may receive a visible default so the order remains editable; treat that as a prompt to verify, not as customer intent.
Open any editable section to correct the result. This is also where you can re-analyze after changing the source text, or discard a draft that should not become an order.
5. Approve and send
When the draft matches the agreement with the customer, approve it. DMNexa changes the order from Draft to Confirmed and can send the customer a link to view the organized order.
The link helps the customer see the details you approved. It is not a substitute for your own payment, refund, or fulfillment policies.
6. Manage fulfillment
Use the order record as work moves forward. Confirmed orders can progress through active work and completion states, and you can track payment or deposit information separately where available.

Frequently asked questions
Does DMNexa analyze every conversation automatically?
No. The seller starts draft creation for the conversation they want to turn into an order.
Does the customer see the AI draft?
No. The draft is for seller review. The customer receives an order link only after the seller approves and sends it.
Can I edit an AI-created order?
Yes. Customer, item, fulfillment, date, pricing, shipping, discount, and note details can be reviewed and corrected before approval.
