Fix a missing or incorrect AI order draft
Correct item, date, customer, fulfillment, address, or price mistakes and decide when to edit, re-analyze, or improve AI Brain.
Compare the result with the source, directly edit known corrections, leave truly unknown facts unresolved, and update AI Brain only when the same business rule is repeatedly missing.
An imperfect draft does not automatically mean the underlying AI provider is broken. The source conversation, seller settings, deterministic defaults, matching logic, validation, and model interpretation all affect the result.
Classify the issue
- Information never supplied: ask the customer or leave it unresolved.
- A visible default: replace it with the verified value; do not treat it as extracted intent.
- Clear AI misunderstanding: edit the field and preserve the latest customer instruction.
- Catalog mismatch: select the correct Shopify product or unlink the match as supported.
- Repeated missing business check: update a specific AI Brain rule.
Correct the draft
Open the relevant Edit action on the review card. Save the correct customer, items, fulfillment, address, date, pricing, or notes. Direct editing is the reliable fix when the answer is known.
Re-analyze only with a reason
Re-analysis can help if you add a clearer pasted summary or the available context changed. It cannot recover information the customer never provided.
Report a repeatable error
If the same explicit language repeatedly produces the same wrong field, contact support with a redacted example, expected result, actual result, approximate time, and draft order reference. Remove unnecessary personal data from the example.
Frequently asked questions
Is a missing customer name an AI provider failure?
Not necessarily. The source may contain only a username and no reliable order name, so leaving it unset can be the safer result.
Should I keep re-analyzing until the result changes?
No. If you know the correction, edit the field. Re-analyze when the source context has materially improved.
